全書三部十二章，以循序深入對話的方式，為我們勾勒對於福音新的理解和面貌。第一部〈國度福音〉，便是從「神國福音」的宏大畫面和角度，來理解「何為福音」的根基與核心內涵，那是神對於關係的恢復和受造界的心意，並以此重新構築對稱義觀、科技時代下人論和公共社會的認識；進入第二部〈整全使命〉，便轉向「實踐層面」，在對福音的新理解之下，也以新的視角來描繪教會與這世界關係，從而開展不一樣的福音工作；最後，延伸到第三部〈華人教會〉，帶領我們重思和認定華人教會在此時代處境下的身分為何，以能因應這個時代的具體挑戰。
The book consists of three parts and twelve chapters, which, through a series of progressive and in-depth dialogues, outline a new understanding and perspective on the gospel. Part One, “The Gospel of the Kingdom,” begins by examining the foundation and core essence of “what the Gospel is” from the grand perspective of the “Gospel of the Kingdom of God.” It explores God’s intention for the restoration of relationships and His will for creation, and uses this to reconstruct our understanding of justification, anthropology in the technological age, and civil society; Moving into Part Two, “The Integral Mission,” the focus shifts to the “practical level.” Grounded in this new understanding of the Gospel, it offers a fresh perspective on the relationship between the church and the world, thereby opening up new avenues for Gospel ministry; finally, Part Three, “The Chinese Church,” leads us to rethink and affirm the identity of the Chinese church in the context of our times, enabling it to respond to the specific challenges of our era.
