Global Data Tracker is a free browser-based explorer of published country statistics. The forest-area view supports environmental education through country comparisons, reporting years, definitions and source references. Teachers and learners can compare forest area as a percentage of land area, examine missing observations, and discuss why a national percentage does not measure biodiversity or local habitat condition. The resource is accessible without an account. It is a supplementary data-exploration tool rather than a prepared lesson plan; the original statistical providers remain the sources to credit.
